Appointment & Cancelation Policy
Scheduling:
Appointments are required at Cyriano Health & Aesthetic Center. A credit card is needed to guarantee your booking. By scheduling, you accept this policy.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. Your information is secure and private.
Testosterone Replacement Therapy and Weight loss clients can receive a free 15-minute telehealth phone consultation.
In-office consultations for treatment services are charged.
Appointment Reminders:
We send text reminders a day before your appointment. You must provide a cell number to receive reminders. Even if you don’t get a reminder, you are responsible for managing your appointment.
Arrival:
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to relax and complete the necessary paperwork. Late arrivals may shorten your treatment time to ensure the next patient is on time.
Cancellation Policy:
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations.
- A $50 fee applies if you cancel/reschedule on the day of your appointment, or miss your appointment.
- This fee will be charged to your credit card on file.
- If you decide not to receive a service upon arrival, a $50 fee will be charged.
For Monday appointments, cancel or reschedule by 3 pm on Friday to avoid fees.
Product Return Policy:
Please return any items with a receipt within 14 days for a store credit. No cash refunds. Opened or used items cannot be returned.
Service Return Policy:
All treatments and packages are non-transferable, non-refundable, and expire one year from purchase. Unused services will not be refunded.
